You

We all have a journey. We seek to find answers and draw our focus to the understanding of others and sometimes ourselves. But have you ever really stopped to think who you really are? What in your life, experiences, feelings, have really made you who you are?

The journey of oneself,  is a complicated journey filled with many different roads, obstacles, shortcuts, and even dead ends. As we think about our lives and try to "figure out" what's going on or what's wrong, we can lose many years trying to fix something that can't be fixed (relationships, attachments).  We can then become lost in the idea of fixing our lives. Where our life is spent trying to fix something that cannot be fixed.

Can everything be fixed, or is it possible that you sometimes have to just walk away? Ask yourself how you have been handling, enjoying, coping with situations in your life? Today, can you take a step back, look in as an outsider and ask yourself - am I happy? Define what happy is to you. And ask yourself again- am I happy?

There is always room for change, breath, meditation and movement bring that change; Yoga.
